O'MACARON Midland opened it's doors on February 6th, 2021. This location was our first ever storefront endeavor and Midland's first ever macaron shop! 

​

Prior to opening our Midland storefront, O'MACARON was a home bakery. We baked out of our home and attended the Midland Farmers Market every Saturday and did porch pickups for our customers during the covid-19 shutdown! Eventually our business grew to the point that we could not manage all our orders and we began searching for a storefront. We landed on Townsend St., and it's been a dream ever since!

We  then expanded into italian sodas, bubble tea, crème brûlèe, cookie dough, lattes and more!
